Chris Evans 'I have druggie friends'

Chris Evans relied on his friends’ darkest times in order to play a drug addict in new movie Puncture.
The 30-year-old actor says he used the real life experiences of his former junkie pals in order to play his character.
“I’ve been lucky enough well, maybe unlucky enough to have had a lot of friends who have had their ups and downs (with drugs),” says Chris.
“For an actor, that’s good. Life experience in any regard is good. So I’ve seen a lot and I’ve had my own experiences.”
Evans recently admitted he has therapy to help him get over his anxieties.
“I struggle with anxiety sometimes, especially when promoting films like this. Just the life of doing what I do, being in the public eye, it’s a stressful environment. So it’s good to go and talk about the things that cause your anxiety,” he said.
