LA Reid isn’t worried about his grueling work schedule as he starts up a record label at Sony Music and appears on Simon Cowell’s Fox show The X Factor.
According to his wife, Erica, Reid is loves having a packed schedule.
“LA can handle it, this is what he does,” she told New York Post gossip columnPage Six.
“Erica also believes their children, Ariana Manuelle and Addison Kennedy, also have a future in the music business. “It’s in their blood,”
